We provide a Cloud-based modular software platform that is targeted towards the Canadian Immigration and Recruitment industry.  The products that we will be launching can used on a variety of computers, such as desktops, laptops, tablets, and even smartphones.

Keep track of potential, current, and former customers, businesses, and contact information. Reporting functions can be modeled around sales funnels processes, used to generate analytics and even help determine ROI of the software itself.

Case Management

Standardize on how your customer cases are handled for maximum efficiency and consistency. Provides visibility into each step of the process and can allow multiple people to work on the same case since all the work is documented along the way.  Can generate analytics and insight into process improvement and changes as well.

Immigration Submissions

Manage and process all forms that are required for each type of application. Will minimize data entry and data errors.  Possible integration to federal and provincial websites to submit applications.

Document Management

Store, track, and manage documents electronically. Crucial for passports, education certificates, and other legal documents that are provided as proof of eligibility for Immigration applications.

Billing / Invoices / Time Tracking

Understand how much time is spent with each client, consolidate billing milestones, and generate invoices. Can be extended to online payment gateway and direct billing functionality.

Client Portal

For customers to handle self-serve functions like filling out forms to gather personal details, submit payments, upload documents such as passport photos and certificates.
